凝心聚力共教研 开启学科新发展——上实国际部(浦西)学科发展年主题研讨活动

 新学期,新展望,为了更好地促进教师专业化成长,提升教师的专业能力,临开学之际,学校组织全体教师分部进行了学科发展年研讨活动。

New semester, new outlook, in order to better promote the professional growth of teachers and enhance their professional competence, the school organized all the teacher to conduct a discipline development year seminar activities at the beginning of the school year.

 

 

语文组

Chinese

 语文组以探究如何更好的在兴趣融合,从融合激趣,从兴趣出发,研究语文学科在实际教学过程中进行跨学科融合实践,让学生在尽情地享受语言魅力,获得其未来生活所必须的语文素养之外,拓展学生的知识视野,让学生形成整体学习思维,激发学生的学习欲望。低年级以特色课程为基础、以主题教学为形式、以多媒体教学为平台、以文化教学为载体促进文化融合。高年级更加注重学生的中国文化认同感、教授学生科学性地积累资料、以及通过感官体验感受文字之美。

 

The Chinese group aims to explore how to better "integrate" in "interest", stimulate "interest" in "integration", so that students can not only enjoy the charm of language and obtain the Chinese literacy necessary for their future life, but also expand their knowledge horizons, enable students to form an overall learning thinking and stimulate their learning desire. The lower grade promotes cultural integration based on characteristic courses in the form of theme teaching, on the platform of multimedia teaching and on the carrier of cultural teaching. Teachers of senior grade pay more attention to students' Chinese cultural identity, teach students to accumulate data scientifically, and feel the beauty of words through sensory experience.

 

数学组

Math

数学组以会用数学的眼光观察现实世界;会用数学的思维思考现实世界;会用数学的语言表达现实世界为目标,研究如何更好地将信息技术与数学教学的融合,以Classln在数学教学中的运用为例展开探讨和摸索,陈健俊和陈家铭老师分享了实用classin线上教学的优势和经验。作为一名信息时代的数学老师,Classln和数学的融合,促进老师积极探索和创新教学模式,老师们不断探索前行,发展了老师自身的信息素养,积累下宝贵的经验与资源。 

 

 With the goal of "observing the real world with mathematical eyes; thinking about the real world with mathematical thinking; expressing the real world with mathematical language" the mathematics group studied how to better integrate information technology with mathematics teaching and learning, taking the use of ClassIn in mathematics teaching as an example to explore. The teachers shared the advantages and experiences of practical Classin online teaching. As a mathematics teacher in the information age the integration of Classln and mathematics promotes teachers to actively explore and innovate teaching modes teachers keep exploring forward developing their own information literacy and accumulating valuable experience and resources.

 

 

英语组

English

 英语组的“Classin线上英语教学评价模式的探索带给了我们很多新的思考。Classin的线上授课带给了教师很多新的评价工具及维度。常规工具:举手、上下台等;小黑板;测试,多样的评价工具能让老师更清晰、全面地了解学生的学习程度,包括对旧知识的遗忘情况、新知识的掌握情况、综合能力以及课堂参与度等。丰富的评价手段有助于教师更深入地了解学生,从而选择有效的教学措施,促进其个性化发展。

 

 The English group's "exploration of Classin online English teaching evaluation model" has brought us a lot of new thinking. Classin's online teaching has brought teachers many new evaluation tools and dimensions, such as: conventional tools: hands up, up and down, etc; Small blackboard; Testing, etc. A variety of evaluation tools can enable teachers to understand students' learning level more clearly and comprehensively, including forgetting of old knowledge, mastering of new knowledge, comprehensive ability and classroom participation. Rich evaluation means can help teachers understand students more deeply, so as to choose effective teaching measures and promote their personalized development.

Comprehensive subjects

 综合组以探究综合学科项目化案例,展现了不一样的教与学。为在线上发挥更好的教学效果,科学、美术、经济、体育、音乐、信息技术,各个学科基于教材展开以学生为主体,合作讨论,解决问题,以项目式课题的探究提升学生的独立思考能力和合作能力,为学生创造交流分享的机会,提高学习效率,为师生共享智慧之美而不断努力!

 

The comprehensive subjects group explores the chemical cases of the comprehensive discipline project, showing different teaching and learning. In order to exert better teaching effect online, science, art, economics, sports, music and information technology, all the teachers from these subjects carried out cooperative discussions and solve problems with students well. They improve students' independent thinking ability and cooperation ability through project-based research, create opportunities for students to exchange and share, and improve learning efficiency. They make continuous efforts for teachers and students to share the beauty of wisdom! 

 

 

马季荣书记就国际部各个教研组学科发展年的汇报进行了点评,给出了建议。提出要以培养学生综合素养为目标,在各个学科进行学科实践的探索,在接下来的教学研究中,还需要聚焦五育并举,注重德育渗透,促进学生文化认同感,在此基础上进一步促进学生创新素养的培养。

 

 

 

Secretary Ma Jirong commented on the report of the discipline development year of each teaching groups and gave suggestions. It is proposed that we should take the cultivation of students' comprehensive quality as the goal, and carry out the exploration of discipline practice in various disciplines. In the next teaching research, we need to focus on the "five educations", pay attention to the penetration of moral education, promote students' cultural identity, and further promote the cultivation of students' innovative quality on this basis.

 

会后,各个教研组以培养学生创新素养为目标,研讨新一学年的研训主题,共商研究的方法和路径,群策群力,进行头脑风暴,为新的学科发展年迈出了稳健的第一步。

After the meeting, all the teaching groups discussed the research and training topics of the new academic year, discussed the research methods and paths, brainstormed with the aim of cultivating students' innovative quality, and made a steady first step for the new discipline development year.
